Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use CV Scorely at cvscorely.com. By using the site or buying Pro you agree to them.

1. The service

CV Scorely uses AI to score your CV from 0 to 100, give tips, suggest matching jobs, and help you build and improve a CV. Free: the score and quick tips, job suggestions, and editing and previewing a CV in the builder. Pro (paid): the full Pro report, the AI Final CV, AI writing help in the builder, Word and PDF downloads, and email, PDF and WhatsApp sharing.

2. Price and payment

Pro costs $10, paid once — no subscription and no automatic renewal. It is charged as 500 EGP (Egyptian pounds) through Kashier, our payment provider, so your card issuer may convert the amount to your currency at its own rate and may add its own fees. A promo code can lower the price shown before you pay. Card details are entered on Kashier’s page and never reach our servers.

3. What Pro includes and how long it lasts

Pro unlocks the paid features listed above for 12 months from the date of purchase. After payment you get an unlock code that is saved in your browser. Keep a copy somewhere safe: clearing your browser data deletes it, and it is how you unlock on another device. If you lose it, email us your order ID (shown under your unlock code after you pay) or the date and amount of your payment.

4. Refunds

Within 7 days of purchase you can get a full refund, no questions asked. Email support@cvscorely.com with your order ID or your unlock code (the order ID is shown under your unlock code after you pay; if you have neither, tell us the date and amount of the payment). The refund is made through Kashier to the card you paid with, and your bank may take several days to show it. Pro access ends when the refund is made.

5. AI results

• Scores, reports, suggestions and rewrites are produced by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Review every AI-written text and make sure it is true to your experience before you use it.
• The score is an estimate of how well your CV follows common hiring and ATS practice. CV Scorely is not affiliated with any ATS vendor or employer, and the score does not reproduce any particular employer’s system.
• We do not guarantee interviews, job offers or any other hiring outcome.

6. Acceptable use

Use CV Scorely only for your own CV or a CV you have permission to use. Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes anyone’s rights; do not try to break, overload or get around the site’s security, limits or payment; do not access it with automated tools at scale; and do not share, sell or publish your unlock code. We may block use that breaks these rules.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep CV Scorely available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and may be interrupted or changed, for example when our AI, hosting or payment providers have problems. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. This does not limit rights you have under the law of your country.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. The terms in force when you paid apply to that purchase.
